Choosing the right bed size
Allow about 2 feet of clear space on both sides of the bed and at the foot, so wardrobe doors and drawers can open.

Storage bed or plain bed?
- Hydraulic storage lifts the entire base and offers the most space, ideal for quilts, suitcases and festive items.
- Box drawers are easier to reach for everyday use, but need clear floor space at the side to pull out.
- A plain bed on legs is the easiest to clean under and lighter to move.
