Help customers in our showroom find the right furniture: understand their needs, recommend options within their budget, follow up on WhatsApp and manage each order through to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them in the showroom
- Understand their requirements and recommend pieces for their room and budget
- Maintain the showroom display and price tags, with thorough product knowledge
- Take orders, prepare invoices and follow up with customers on WhatsApp
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Kannada, Marathi, Hindi or English
- Retail or furniture sales experience is an advantage
- Basic computer and billing knowledge
- A positive attitude and a team player
